Journey
My Story (The Guru " George Farah ")
Born in Beirut, Lebanon, on October 8, 1967, this individual embarked on a tumultuous journey that began with joining the Lebanese Forces Militia in 1981 and, after graduating from middle school in 1982, attended Byblos Technical School.
By 1983, he had risen to a leadership position within the militia, managing a troop of 30. He graduated as a TV, radio, and video repair technician in August 1985 and participated in his first bodybuilding contest in Mount Lebanon in 1987.
His quest for a better life led him to immigrate to the United States in June 1988, where he eventually settled in Chicago, followed by a move to Rochester.
In October 1997, a life-altering incident occurred when he was shot, resulting in multiple surgeries that left him with chronic digestive complications and diminished kidney function.
Despite these challenges, he purchased Webster House, where he established a personal gym and began coaching others for contest preparation, turning his trials into a source of motivation and resilience.
